Stress often manifests itself in tightly coiled muscles, so using an herbal remedy that has relaxing properties can ease the tension. Our gentle formula is an effective way to reduce stress. The simple act of preparing and drinking a cup of herb tea can in itself be meditative and calming. So, relax, unwind and enjoy. Recommendations: Pour 8 oz. of boiling water over one tea bag and steep, covered, for 3-5 minutes. Squeeze tea bag over cup to yield remaining extractive. Water temperature and the length of steeping time greatly influence the yield of beneficial components extracted from the herbs. Drink 3 or more cups daily. Add a slice of lemon or orange if desired.
